Virus on my LG Nitro stopped many apps from working / only calling

My sweet LG Nitro might be attacked by viruses. It is slow. Very slow in fact. When I switch off or switch on, it starts to blink for some time, then restarts slowly. Only voice calling and sms. No games, no music, no video. Hell, Please help. What to do?

Hello Kate, to tell the truth I didn't face something similar, my phone is crashing sometimes too, but after a restart is okay.

Have you tried to connect your phone with a computer and scan it for viruses? It might help. If not I suggest you to go to the local LG representative for help.

Thanks Adriana for your kind advise. But, scanned from my lappy with Avast. No virus detected. A friend of mine told to reset to factory settings. Unwisely reset and just loose all my contacts only. Still same problem. Talked with one repair guy, maybe sunday will go to him.

You still have the problem after reset? That doesn't sound good.. Are you sure your phone never had any harmful fall? Maybe this is the source of the problem.

Did you use to download applications from any other market than Play Store? If you did so this should be the problem, many online stores give viruses to phones through the downloads.
