I made a great mistake by purchasing crystals of Defender 2 (android), since there was a 50% bonus announcement. But I haven't received the bonus crystals till today. I've emailed game developers support contact, but, no replies yet.

What should I do with this kind of freak game developer? Any cheats or hacks to get them back?
